For me absolutely great approach one of the best experiences I had when buying a car, professionalism and willingness with which I have never met before, especially thanks to Mr. Michal Karvay who met every requirement I had and took care of every detail from the beginning and even the whole process. Buying a car at Stella Car s.r.o. was a very positive experience, as the dealer is very nice and transparent. Upon request they immediately sent me the VIN number of the vehicle for independent check, they also had no problem with an external mechanic and connected the vehicle to diagnostics, they replaced my ad blue injector with a new and original one before handing it over as the vehicle had been sitting for a long time and the urea had crystallized. All the things I found out about the vehicle agreed with the condition that the dealer stated. Mr Karvay who was in charge of me is very nice, helpful and even worked and found out things beyond his working hours, not to mention that the car was handed over with a full tank of both diesel and adblue which is not commonplace even with dealers who sell new cars. They definitely bought me as a customer and in the future when I am looking for another car they will be my first choice.

It was a coincidence, I went through a lot of car dealerships around Bratislava. The coincidence led me to Stella Car. The immediate reaction of the nice young sales manager caught my attention. Marek Šmihula immediately offered me several cars according to my requirements and ideas. For me, in the important criteria (quality, price and equipment of the car), buying a car through Stella Car was the best option. Hľadal som konkrétne vozidlo na základe modelu, motorizácie a výbavy, ktoré som našiel u Stella Car. Po zlých skúsenostiach pri hľadaní vozidla, kedy predajca inzertoval vozidlo v top stave, nikdy búrane a pod (viete si predstaviť realitu), som bol skeptický, ale na základe google recenzií som zavolal p.Karvayovi, so záujmom o informácie ohľadom vozidla. Už po telefóne, bol p.Karvay veľmi ústrerový, milý a ochotne mi poskytol všetky informácie o vozidle, ktoré sa neskôr zhodovali s reálnym stavom vozidla. O pár dní som absolvoval skúšobnú jazdu. Predajca mi ani raz nepovedal, že vozidlo je to najlepšie ktoré majú a že na to vozidlo čaká ďalších 10 záujemcov… Pozorne počúval moje požiadavky a očakávania, trpezlivo odpovedal na moje otázky a po celý čas panovala príjemná atmosféra. Ani raz ma nevystavil tlaku na okamžité rozhodnutie a nepraktizoval žiadne predajné praktiky, ktoré zažijete bežne pri kúpe vozidla. V podstate na základe prístupu predajcu som bol rozhodnutý, že svoje peniaze nechám tu. Vozidlo ešte muselo absolvovať výmenu akumulátora a krytu smerovky, ale p.Karvay ma po celý čas informoval o aktuálnom stave a dokonca aj počas jeho dovolenky. Musím zdôrazniť, že predajca ešte stále nevedel, či vozidlo kúpim, alebo nie, ale aj tak so mnou jednal tak, ako s potencionálnym kupcom. Po týzdni som prišiel vlakom do BA, a p.Karvay pre mňa prišiel na stanicu a odviezol ma do predajne. Odtiaľ sme spolu išli do servisu, kde som si vozidlo prezrel na zdviháku. Po návrate sme vozidlo zmerali meračom laku (všetko sedelo na základe predošlého overenia na KO), skontrolovali všetky systémy vozidla a z mojej strany až vtedy prišlo rozhodnutie o kúpe. Tým chcem napísať, že p.Karvay so mnou riešil záujem o kúpu vozidla cca 2 týždne bez ohľadu na to, či vozidlo kúpim, alebo nie. Ľudsky, empaticky, ochotne a bez nátlaku a hlavne ani raz nemal negatívnu poznámku na konkurenciu. Čo sa týka vozidla, tak bolo v takom stave, ako bolo uvedené v inzerate (všetko sedelo aj podľa overenia Cebia, Carvertical a pod) Vozidlo som dostal po preleštení (predošlý majiteľ mal rád umývarky), umyté a čisté (zvonka aj zvnútra), s novým akumulátorom, po vymene oleja a filtrov + brzdová kvapalina! Samozrejme kompletná dokumentácia k prepisu a prevozné značky + záruka a PLNÁ NÁDRŽ! Dokonca ma predajca odviezol do nákupného centra a neskôr prišiel pre mňa. Nie, takýto prístup a servis nie je bežný. Skôr naopak, je veľmi ojedinelý! Opisujem vlastnú skúsenosť s predajcom p.Karvayom, ale celý team, ktorý tam pracuje, sú milí ľudia. Všetci sú priateľský, ochotní…káva, voda. Krásne a čisté priestory. Proste od prvého telefonátu až po kúpu vozidla, som mal pocit, že celá spoločnosť je orientovaná na zákazníka a nie len rýchlo čokoľvek predať. Celá kúpa vozidla, bola príjemným zážitkom. Všetky vozidlá v ponuke sú presne také, ako ich opisujú. Žiadne \“smradľavé voňavky vydrhnuté cocpit sprayom z Tesca\“. Môžete si vozidlo pozrieť, vyskúsať, prezrieť v servise, napichnúť na diagnostiku…proste nič neskrývajú. P.Karvay mi ešte aj po kúpe našiel predajňu s pneu, lebo kvôli časovej tiesni (dovolenka), som už nemal čas objednávať nové pneumatiky z e shopu. Ak plánujete kúpu jazdeného, alebo nového vozidla, príp.vozidla na objednávku, tak určite odporúčam túto spoločnosť. Samozrejme, každá jazdenka je \“mačka vo vreci\“ ,ale kúpou u tohoto predajcu eliminujete zlú kúpu na minimum. Pred kúpou si overte vozidlo online (bez ohľadu na predajcu, lebo aj autorizovaná predajňa mi chcela predať jazdené vozidlo, ktoré po overení malo 3 poistné udalosti…. ) P. Karvay je predajca, ktorý šíri dobré meno firmy v ktorej pracuje a jeho prístup vo výraznej miere rozhodol o tom, že vozidlo som kúpil u tohoto predajcu. Každému prajem šťastnú ruku pri kúpe toho správneho vozidla a odporúčam začať tu 😉
