What documents do I need to buy my car?
To buy a vehicle, you will usually need the vehicle's registration certificate, the vehicle registration certificate (if issued), a valid ID card or passport of the owner of the vehicle, and if you are not the original owner, then the vehicle purchase document or power of attorney.
How is the price of my car determined?
The price of a vehicle is determined based on a number of factors such as its condition, year of manufacture, mileage, make and model, any damage and current market demand. Our experts will carefully assess the vehicle and offer you the best possible price
What happens to my car after redemption?

I have to physically leave the vehicle at the Stella Ca showroom?
Yeah. We will thoroughly clean, photograph and display your vehicle on our premises. This way it will always be available and ready for immediate inspection, increasing the chances of selling it. It will also avoid any complications that might arise from its use.
Do I really not have to deal with anything?
No, you don't. However, in order for us to handle all the administrative tasks for you, we will need a notarised power of attorney for these tasks, which you will receive from us when you sign the commission agreement. You will then bring the vehicle to us and, after the sale, you will receive the pre-agreed amount of money into your desired account.
Who sets the price?
We operate on the 30-30-30 principle. For the first 30 days the vehicle is offered at a price you set, after 30 days at a price we set together and after another 30 days at a price we set.
On what basis is the price determined?
Based on a thorough analysis carried out by our experts, who will then recommend a selling price. However, for the first 30 days you still decide on the price. We will keep you informed on a weekly basis about the interaction of the offer on the domestic and European markets. If we notice lower interest or price changes from competitors, we will inform you immediately, recommend a sales strategy and a new price.
