For me absolutely great approach one of the best experiences I had when buying a car, professionalism and willingness with which I have never met before, especially thanks to Mr. Michal Karvay who met every requirement I had and took care of every detail from the beginning and even the whole process. Buying a car at Stella Car s.r.o. was a very positive experience, as the dealer is very nice and transparent. Upon request they immediately sent me the VIN number of the vehicle for independent check, they also had no problem with an external mechanic and connected the vehicle to diagnostics, they replaced my ad blue injector with a new and original one before handing it over as the vehicle had been sitting for a long time and the urea had crystallized. All the things I found out about the vehicle agreed with the condition that the dealer stated. Mr Karvay who was in charge of me is very nice, helpful and even worked and found out things beyond his working hours, not to mention that the car was handed over with a full tank of both diesel and adblue which is not commonplace even with dealers who sell new cars. They definitely bought me as a customer and in the future when I am looking for another car they will be my first choice.

It was a coincidence, I went through a lot of car dealerships around Bratislava. The coincidence led me to Stella Car. The immediate reaction of the nice young sales manager caught my attention. Marek Šmihula immediately offered me several cars according to my requirements and ideas. I was looking for a specific vehicle based on the model, motorisation and equipment I found at Stella Car. After a bad experience while searching for a vehicle where the dealer advertised the vehicle in top condition, never demolished etc (can you imagine the reality), I was skeptical but based on google reviews, I called Mr. Karvay, interested in getting information regarding the vehicle. Even after the phone call, Mr.Karvay was very cordial, kind and willingly provided me with all the information about the vehicle, which later matched the real condition of the vehicle. I took a test drive a few days later. Not once did the salesman tell me that the vehicle was the best one they had and that there were 10 other interested parties waiting for the vehicle... He listened carefully to my requests and expectations, patiently answered my questions and there was a pleasant atmosphere all the time. At no time did he pressure me to make an immediate decision and did not practice any sales practices that you normally experience when buying a vehicle. Basically, based on the salesman's approach, I was determined to leave my money here. The vehicle still had to undergo a battery and turn signal cover replacement, but Mr. Karvay kept me updated all the time and even during his vacation. I must point out that the dealer still didn't know if I was going to buy the vehicle or not, but he still treated me like a potential buyer. After a week, I came to BA by train, and Mr. Karvay came to the station for me and drove me to the dealership. From there we went together to the garage, where I inspected the car on the jack. On our return, we measured the car with a paint meter (everything matched based on the previous verification at KO), checked all the systems of the car and only then did the decision to buy come from my side. This is to say that Mr. Karvay dealt with me for about 2 weeks regardless of whether I would buy the vehicle or not. He was human, empathetic, helpful and without any pressure and most importantly never once had a negative remark about the competition. As for the vehicle, it was in the condition as stated in the ad (everything matched well according to Cebia verification, Carvertical, etc.) I received the vehicle after re-polishing (previous owner liked car washes), washed and clean (outside and inside), with a new battery, after changing oil and filters + brake fluid! Of course complete paperwork to relist and transport tags + warranty and FULL RETIREMENT! The dealer even drove me to the mall and later came to pick me up. No, this kind of attitude and service is not common. Rather the opposite, it is very rare! I am describing my own experience with the salesman Mr. Karvay, but the whole team working there are nice people. Everyone is friendly, helpful...coffee, water. Beautiful and clean premises. Just from the first phone call to buying the car, I felt that the whole company is customer oriented and not just a quick sell on anything. The whole buying the vehicle, was a pleasant experience. All the vehicles on offer are exactly as they describe them. No "smelly perfume scrubbed with cocpit spray from Tesco". You can see the vehicle, test drive it, have it serviced, have a diagnostic...they just don't hide anything. P.Karvay still found me a tyre shop even after the purchase, because due to time constraints (holiday), I didn't have time to order new tyres from the e shop. If you are planning to buy a used or new vehicle, or a custom vehicle, I would definitely recommend this company. Of course, every ride is a "cat in a bag" , but by buying from this dealer you will eliminate a bad buy to a minimum. Verify the vehicle online before you buy (regardless of the dealer, because even an authorized dealership wanted to sell me a used vehicle that had 3 insurance claims after verification.... ) Mr. Karvay is a dealer who spreads the good name of the company he works for and his approach made a significant difference in my buying the vehicle from this dealer.
